Event Space Rental

Rent the room by the hour for your own event, pop-up, or workshop.

Book by Sept 21 · $100 for 4 hours $30/hr · licensed businesses $45/hr · standard rate

Hourly rates are available when you do not need the four-hour package. The $100 package is available when booked by September 21 for events taking place before October 1.

20 chairs and enough tables to fit them are included.
The space must be cleaned before you leave: no dishes left behind, trash bagged, and a quick sweep if needed.

Shared Prep Kitchen

Recurring kitchen access for food businesses that need a reliable place to prep, test, and produce.

Liability insurance covering your activities and any guests while using the space.
A current food handler or manager certification.
A signed space use agreement. Not a contract, a shared understanding of the terms both sides agree to.
